Presiding Bishop
The Rt. Rev. Bishop Roy R. Brown
Reverend Roy Brown is an ordained minister from the Archdiocese of Mount Carmel Revival Mission under the leadership of Archbishop Donovan Morgan.
Reverend Brown has a profound love for the Lord, which is evident in his daily interactions. For the last forty years, he has served as Senior Pastor and is the founder of New Vision Outreach Revival Mission in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
He was the overseer of Mount Carmel Revival Mission at 27 Bay Farm Road in Kingston, Jamaica for many years.
Reverend Brown is a dynamic man of God who possesses a steadfast commitment to The Great Commission.
He is a licensed marriage officer for the Province of Ontario.
He is guided by three principles, Service, Respect, and Accountability.

Pastor Debby Hogg-Brown
Minister Debby Brown was a member of the Bethel Revival Mission in Kingston, Jamaica under the leadership of Overseer Grant during her formative years. At present, she is the Secretary General of the New Vision Outreach Revival Mission.
Minister Brown is passionate about the ministry and serving the Lord. She is very ardent about the holistic development of young people and young ministers. She has been a mentor to many young ministers and young members of New Vision and other ministries in and outside of the Canada Metropolitan area.
One of her favourite songs to sing is “If You Reach Heaven Before Me.” She lives by the passages from the holy volume “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13); “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much…“ (Luke 16:10), and “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart” (Psalm 37:4).
She has held offices in ministry such as Deaconess, and Minister. She is currently the Executive Administrator for the Unity Train here in Canada (Fellowship of Zion Churches). Outside of church, she loves spending quality time with family and enjoys a good time with friends.

Rev. Jevaughn A. Williams-Satchwell
Reverend Jevaughn Williams-Satchwell is a Result-focused business professional with progressive, cross-industry experience managing operations at different organizational levels. Trained and experienced in people and culture management: leading and organizing people in small and large organizations.
Reverend Williams-Satchwell currently serves as Administrator of New Vision Outreach Revival Mission, in Ontario Canada. Reverend Williams- Satchwell received the call of God upon his life from the early age of 14 years and was baptized at Living Water Christian Center Church, Waltham Jamaica. His commitment to church has led him to serve in various capacities in ministry, Reverend Williams-Satchwell has worked in many areas such as social services, community development, management, and the financial services industry.
Rev. Williams-Satchwell has devoted his life to God in true worship and desires to be used to motivate, inspire, and arouse the Body of Christ to worship God in Spirit and in Truth. He has been in the Ministry for over fifteen years and continues to be on fire for God.

Youth Director
Sis. Stacy Brown
Born and reared in a revival church, Stacy Brown accepted Christ at the age of eight at Mount Carmel Apostolic Baptist Church in King Weston, St. Andrew, Jamaica, under the guidance of the late Fitzgerald McCoulsky, also known as "Dada." A young woman who was raised to love "thy neighbor as thyself" and who would always repeat her late Bishop’s advice to "go home and do good".
A young lady who has climbed the steps of multiple achievements within her education and career, she is a legal professional in the province of Ontario. She fears God, enjoys singing, and serves the youth in society, helping them to develop holistically.
She uses her free time to volunteer for a non-profit organization in Ontario. Her skills include writing exceptional proposals for non-profit organizations. Currently, she serves as Youth Director at the New Vision Outreach Mission church and is very passionate about working with youths, helping them to hone their skills while developing into well-rounded individuals who contribute in various ways to making our world a better place and also to grow spiritually in fellowship.
Her guiding principle is, 'Do whatever you can to make the world a place where love abounds.' Her favorite quote is ‘He (God) is the waymaker'.

Administrative Pastor Kevon Wilson
Pastor Wilson was born in the cool, cool Parish of Manchester, Jamaica to parents Gretel Brown and Devon Wilson. He is the third of three children for his mother and the only boy. It's safe to say he was born and raised in the church; his early experiences of Church started by going to church with his late Grandmother Cathrine Levy at the Jamaica Free Baptist Church on Bethel Street, Manchester under the leadership of Bishop Devington Smith. He received his childhood education at the Mandeville Infant School also known as Brooks Park, after which he attended the Hatfield Primary and Junior High School for a period of 6 years. He later wrote the GSAT examination and was awarded a place at the Christiana High School in Christiana, Manchester. During his tenure at Christiana High School, he participated in numerous extracurricular activities such as track and field in which he was the co-captain for the boys' team, the school choir, and Voices of Praise where he was the lead singer for both groups, and student government as a prefect, deputy head boy, and a peer counselor.
Pastor Wilson has a passion for singing which he developed from his mom who would often sing with him to bed every night as a child growing up. Some of the songs he can remember singing with his mom are "After All My Life is Over", "I'm Nobody's Child" and "When I Look into His Holiness", just to name a few. Pastor Wilson had performed in the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) festival of songs on numerous levels and has been awarded various awards.
During his high school days, he decided to transition from the Jamaica Free Baptist Church to the Hatfield Independent Baptist where he was saved and baptized at the tender age of 14 years old. During his tenure at the Hatfield Independent Baptist Church, he was the praise and worship leader, and youth director for some time. After leaving high school he worked for a period after which he decided that he wanted to further his education. He applied to tertiary institutions and was accepted at the Northern Caribbean University’s (NCU) main campus in Mandeville, Manchester where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Television. While at NCU he worked at NCU Media Group, the cafeteria, and also at the recruitment and admissions department. Pastor Wilson was the chaplain for the student worker and lead student worker with the responsibility to train other student workers that came into the department. Pastor Wilson then transitioned to the Faithful Few Mount Zion Temple Inc. in Hatfield Manchester where he was ordained as a minister of religion (pastor) in the year 2017. He was later elevated to the post of administrative pastor for the Ministry by his presiding bishop- Bishop L. Singh. Pastor Wilson is very passionate about working for the Lord and Ministry. His philosophy is "Aiming for the best for himself and for those around him". His favorite Bible quote is taken from Psalm 35 "Plead my cause oh Lord and fight against those that fight against me take hold of shield and buckler and stand up for my help". Pastor Wilson currently resides in Toronto, Canada where he works closely with the New Vision Outreach Revival Mission and is currently the Assistant Youth Director.

Deacon Nikardo Carruthers
Deacon Nikardo Carruthers Was born in the former first capital of Jamaica St. Catherine. He spent his childhood days garnering his education as is customary at the Breaton Allage school, Spanish Town High School, and The Edna Manley College of Visual and Performing Arts respectively. Deacon Carruthers accepted the Lord in the year 1997 at the tender age of sixteen (16) years old, he started his walk with the Lord, then at the New Life Apostolic Tabernacle in Jamaica Under the Leadership of Archbishop Dr. V.W Lawrence and Pastor Fearon. His walk with the Lord has led him to develop a passion for singing and music. He was the choir director for the New Life Apostolic Church for over ten years and also did vocal assist for Joan Flemmings and Minister David "Kukudo '' Mcdermott for many years. Deacon Carruthers also loved to work with children, this led him to the Children's World Academy school where he taught drama for over two years.
He has a passion for serving the Lord and serving God's people as he believes that we are here to serve and not to be served. As Christ would have left the prime example of what we are to do as followers of his. At some point in his adult life, he decided to enlarge his territory and migrate to Canada, being the God-fearing and Christ-centered person he is, he did not leave his love for the Lord and ministry behind. His zeal and passion remained the same if not heightened for the Lord and Ministry. He now worships at the New Vision Outreach Revival Mission here in Canada under the leadership of Bishop Roy Brown and First Lady PastorDebby Brown, he is the Praise and Worship leader, music director, and assistant men's director for the ministry. He lives by the mantra "LOVE IS MY RELIGION' as he believes that love conquers all according to 1st Corinthians 13:1 "Though I speak with the tongues and of men and angels, and have not charity, I become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal".
